Our Commitment

We are committed to providing high-quality Vedic astrology services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for consultations and reports.

Because astrological consultations are personal in nature, we strive to ensure every session and report delivers meaningful value before asking for your trust.

Consultation Refunds

Full Refund

  • You cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation
  • Dr. Shweta is unable to attend the appointment
  • Technical issues prevent the consultation from taking place
  • The session is significantly shorter than the agreed duration due to our fault

Partial Refund

  • Cancellation 12–24 hours before appointment: 50% refund
  • Session interrupted by a technical issue on our side: prorated refund based on time completed
  • Concerns about consultation quality: reviewed individually

No Refund

  • Client no-show — full fee is charged
  • Cancellation less than 12 hours before the session
  • Dissatisfaction with astrological predictions or guidance (subjective outcome)
  • Session completed as scheduled

Report Refunds

Due to the personalised, digital nature of reports, refunds are not available once a report has been delivered — with the following exceptions:

  • Full Refund: Report not delivered within the promised timeframe
  • Full Refund: Report contains significant errors in planetary or birth data calculation
  • Full Refund: Technical failure prevents delivery after payment is received
  • Partial Refund: Report is missing promised sections — prorated for the incomplete portion

Quality Guarantee

If your report contains factual calculation errors or is missing sections, we will either reissue a corrected report at no charge or provide a full refund — your choice.

Free Tools

Our free tools (Kundli Matching, Name Numerology, etc.) are complimentary services. No refunds apply as no payment is involved.

If you experience a technical issue with a free tool, contact our support team and we will resolve it promptly.

How to Request a Refund

Step-by-Step

  1. 01Email Us: Send your request to refunds@astrotherapy.com within 7 days of the service
  2. 02Include Details: Order number (or payment confirmation), date of service, and reason for the request
  3. 03We Review: Our team reviews and responds within 2–3 business days
  4. 04Decision: We'll confirm the outcome and next steps by email
  5. 05Processed: Approved refunds are returned within 7–10 business days

Refund Processing Timelines

  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Razorpay Wallet: 1–3 business days
  • Bank Transfer (NEFT): 7–14 business days depending on your bank

We absorb all processing fees on approved refunds. You receive the full amount originally paid — no deductions.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first. We resolve disputes directly and quickly, and prefer not to put you through the chargeback process.

Chargebacks can result in additional processing fees and may affect your ability to use our services in future. Email us at disputes@astrotherapy.com for expedited resolution.
