By accessing and using AstroTherapy ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

AstroTherapy provides:
- Personal Vedic astrology consultations with Dr. Shweta Kothari
- Personalised birth chart analysis and detailed reports
- Marriage compatibility assessments (Ashtakoot Kundli Matching)
- Career, health, legal, and spiritual guidance based on Vedic principles
- Educational content about Vedic astrology
- Free astrological tools and calculators
Our services are grounded in traditional Vedic astrology and are intended for spiritual guidance and personal insight.

User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate birth details and personal information
- Use our services lawfully and respect all applicable intellectual property rights
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Treat Dr. Shweta Kothari and our team respectfully during consultations
- Pay for services on time as agreed

Payment Terms
Consultation Fees
- All consultation fees must be paid in advance to confirm a booking
- Prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) and subject to change
- Payments processed through secure, certified payment gateways
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking
Report Fees
- Report fees are one-time charges for the personalised document
- Reports are delivered digitally via email as a PDF
- Additional copies of a delivered report may incur extra charges

Cancellation & Refunds
Consultation Cancellations
- Cancel 24+ hours before: full refund
- Cancel 12–24 hours before: 50% refund
- Cancel less than 12 hours before or no-show: no refund
- We reserve the right to reschedule with full advance notice
Reports
- Digital reports are non-refundable once delivered
- Refunds issued only for non-delivery or significant calculation errors
- Approved refunds processed within 7–10 business days

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication. If unresolved, they are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
